Instructions on how to use the app are below.
 
Q:Why cant I log in?
A:If you have trouble logging in either your internet connection is weak or you entered an invalid Phone #.

Q:What kind of internet connection does this app use?
A:It uses both SIM card cellular data as well as Wifi connection.

Q:How do I close out my orders?
A: You may use the standard clover procedures to close out your orders for the day?
​
Q:How do I log in?
A: You enter you pin number first on the clover lock screen, then you enter and set you cab# ( this will be retained unless you need to change it, and then you enter your phone number associated with your account and log in.

Q:What credentials do we use to login if we do not need a phone number to assocaite with the account?
A:We will set your phone number as the account # to use to log in with and you may leave the cab# blank if you choose to.

Login Screen:
Here you will find where you can enter the cab # and your phone number which is associated to your account.

Login Screen cont'd:
Enter your cab number and click set to save. Then Enter your phone number associated with your account. 
Then Login.
Fare Screen:
You now can enter the Fare, and is required. As you see your account data populated the bar as well as you can see SIM data strengh, Wifi Strength, and Battery Percentage. 
Tolls Screen:
You now can enter the Tolls. This field is optional. 
Tip Choice Screen:
You now can select the TIP amount, 20%, 25%, 30%, or Other. 
Enter Tip Manually Screen:
Enter your cab number and click set to save and then Enter your phone number associated with your account.
Totals, Charge, Print, Reprint, Start New Ride, & Exit Screen:
Here is where you can see the total of everything you entered. If anything is wrong click previous and fix Tolls, Tips, or Fare. Then return to this screen and charge order. You cannot print or email or txt an order without charging order first. All orders which are not charged will not be saved and must begin from scratch. After the order has been charged you may start a new ride. 

Look up Reports

Login Screen:
Once device is unlocked from clover pin screen, you must enter your cab number and phone number as you did to log in to start charging your rides.
Login Screen:
Enter your cab number and click set to save. Then Enter your phone number associated with your account. 
Then Login.

Then Login.
Enter Reports Screen:
On the top right there is an Andriod built in menu which when clicked will give you some options, Admin is not used at the moment. Click on Reports.
Reports Screen:
In this screen you can see this months transactions, last months transactions, and select a specific search a date range. You can also select any order you see and reprint it or email or txt it again.
Totals Screen:

You can charge, print, reprint, start new ride, and exit the program.
